Silvia Fancello works as Programme and Communications Assistant at the United Nations University International Institute for Global Health (UNU-IIGH).
Prior to joining UNU-IIGH, she gained professional experience in the realm of advocacy and communications within both civil society and the UN system. Notable roles include serving as a Communications Officer at the NGO WeWorld in Phnom Penh (Cambodia), a Junior Communications Consultant at the United Nations System Staff College (UNSSC) in Turin (Italy), and a Communications and Advocacy Intern at Manushya Foundation in Bangkok (Thailand).
In her current capacity, Silvia supports the communication team by overseeing social media management, crafting compelling visual and communication products, and ensuring comprehensive coverage of diverse events and outputs.
